The service
Quietblade is a local-first idle role-playing game provided by mpenapps. You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices associated with your Apple Account, subject to Apple’s usage rules.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use the app only with that consent. Do not interfere with the app, distribute modified copies, bypass purchase verification, misuse support channels, or use the service unlawfully. Experimenting with your own offline game is not treated as competitive cheating, but corrupted or modified saves may be rejected to protect stability.
Game progress and availability
Progress is stored on your device with a best-effort optional iCloud mirror. You are responsible for device and Apple Account access. We work to preserve compatible saves, but bugs, beta software, device failure, account settings, or material updates can affect availability. The game is provided with reasonable care and skill; no clause excludes guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Optional in-app purchases
Quietblade can be played without payment. Full Heal and Field Supplies are consumable digital items: they are used when delivered and do not renew. Prices, taxes, payment confirmation, family controls, refunds, and billing are handled by Apple and may vary by storefront. Consumables cannot be restored after use.
For EEA consumers, statutory rights concerning digital content and remedies for lack of conformity remain unaffected. Any right of withdrawal, and any request to begin immediate delivery of digital content, is handled through the Apple purchase flow and applicable law. Contact Apple for billing or refund requests.
Intellectual property
The app, visual design, writing, code, and Quietblade identity belong to mpenapps or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership. Apple is not responsible for third-party intellectual-property claims concerning the app except where law says otherwise.
Updates, suspension, and ending use
We may fix, rebalance, add, or remove features to improve safety, compliance, or the game. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably possible. You may stop using Quietblade and delete it at any time. We may restrict access where necessary for security, legal compliance, or serious misuse.
Liability
Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability and consumer remedy that applicable law does not allow us to limit. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from personal use of the app.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without depriving EEA consumers of mandatory protections of their country of residence. Courts are determined by applicable consumer law. Before a dispute, please contact mpenapps@protonmail.com so we can try to resolve it.
Apple terms
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them as they relate to your licence. mpenapps, not Apple, is responsible for the app, maintenance, support, and qualifying claims concerning it.
